 For the first time since 2005, and only the second time in school history, the boys and girls basketball teams both made the CIF playoffs in the same season. Both teams finished with winning records, the first time that has happened at Bethel. The girls finished 12-8, while the boys finished 12-10. It was the first winning record for the boys since 2002 (10-9). 

The girls team will open the CIF playoffs at home against Baker Valley on Wednesday. Game time will be 5pm and the game will be played at Liberty Christian HS in Huntington Beach. With a win, the girls would then play on Saturday night in Redlands against top-seeded Packinghouse Christian.  This is the 5th CIF playoff appearance in six years for the Lady Warriors.

The boys team will travel to Lancaster to face Antelope Valley Christian. The Warriors tied for second with Acaciawood in the Express League, but lost the random draw, which caused the team to enter the playoffs as a 3rd place team. With a win on Friday night, the Warriors would then play Tuesday Feb. 24 against either Immanuel Christian or New Harvest Christian. This is only the 3rd CIF playoff appearance for the boys' team in school history (1988 and 2005).
